GH and ALU provide 24-hour staff supervised services in a structured environment. Whereas in shared homes or family homes, there is limited number of staff supervision and individuals learn to be relatively independent with family and community supports. In the 4 persons or 3 persons licensed homes, individuals live in the safe and structured setting where they receive individualized on site services. Services include besides supervision, behavioral supports, health care, mental health services including psychiatry, psychaitric rehabilitation program services,and medication monitoring provided by mental health professional, nursing services and dental care. Additional services include: \u2022 Clinical therapies provided by professional staff \u2022 one-to-one staff supervision whenever needed \u2022 24\/7 staff supervision of living environment including awake overnight staff supervision, dining and day habilitation program activities \u2022 Skills training, day habilitation and vocational\/ employment services \u2022 Community-based and non-site based services such as Community Learning Services, Supported Employment Discovery & Customization. \u2022 A wide variety of highly specialized, quality-controlled diets \u2022 Religious services for different faiths. Services also include transportation to day activities, leisure activities, medical appointments and pleasure trips.
